'LatchGrove' originated from a single vision: to introduce the essence of Neapolitan pizza to Dublin. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizzeria was once a modest local family business, with cherished recipes passed down across generations.
Our founder, Marco Rossi, mastered pizza creation while venturing across Italy, receiving guidance from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples, the homeland of pizza. After her return to the UK, she aimed to replicate the enchantment of bona fide Italian pizza, adhering to ancestral approaches and using only premium ingredients.
Starting as a quaint 12-seat eatery, we have now blossomed into a cherished staple of the community, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness endures. We continuously employ the classic wood-fired oven techniques, knead our dough from scratch every day, and seek out the most superior ingredients available.
These days, 'LatchGrove' is still in the hands of the founding family, with the Rossis' second generation propelling our devoted crew. While we've adopted some up-to-date methods, the essence of our enterprise remains solid: to serve scrumptious, genuine pizza that unites people.
